SCORPIONS lanzarán "50th Anniversary Deluxe Editions" con material extra, el 6 de noviembre. Aparte de celebrar su 50 ° Aniversario, estas ediciones de lujo van a ser un gran regalo para los fans, ya que incluirán canciones inéditas, versiones alternativas de grandes éxitos, mezclas en bruto y muchas rarezas y directos. Además de docenas de canciones de estudio inéditas y grabaciones en vivo, todas las versiones en CD incluyen libretos más extensos, con fotos inéditas, fotos individuales, pases de backstage y notas adicionales escritas por el periodista Edgar Klusener, ex editor en jefe de Metal Hammer Alemania, que ha seguido el la carrera de la banda durante varias décadas.

Cinco de los ocho álbumes están acompañados con un DVD que contiene escenas de conciertos y entrevistas en profundidad con la banda. En estas entrevistas se habla de la historia del grupo y el proceso creativo de cada uno de estos álbumes: Lovedrive, Blackout, Love At First Sting, World Wide Live y Savage Amusement.

Las ediciones en LP están remasterizadas y se publican en vinilo de 180 gramos. También incluyen un CD de audio, con las canciones originales y el mismo Cd de audio de temas extras que las ediciones de CD.

MOTÖRHEAD tuvo que cancelar su aparición en Riot Fest en Denver la noche del 28 de agosto, tras la cancelación de su anterior concierto en el que solo tocaron cuatro temas el 27 de agosto en Salt Lake City, Utah.

Parece que Lemmy seguía afectado por las grandes alturas de los dos shows, y dado que sufrió problemas respiratorios en el concierto de Utah. lo mejor fue suspender el Riot Fest.

Como se informó anteriormente, MOTÖRHEAD detuvo su show en Salt Lake City, y tras tocar cuatro canciones, decidieron bajar del escenario. Como en Denver es una ciudad que está a la misma elevada altura, Lemmy "a regañadientes" tomó la decisión de no realizar su concierto en Riot Fest.

Según ha confirmado la presidenta de Epic Records Sylvia Ródano a Billboard.com Ozzy Osbourne está trabajando en "un álbum muy especial." Y agregó: "Va a ser increíble. Es algo que Ozzy nunca ha hecho antes y que él siempre ha querido hacer.".

Ozzy actuó con su banda en solitario el sábado 29 de agosto en la primera edición anual de Epic Fest, una celebración de la discográfica Sony Pictures celebrada en Los Ángeles.

Tocaron "Suicide Solution", "I Don´t Know", "Bark At The Moon" y las versiones de BLACK SABBATH "War Pigs", "Fairies Wear Boots" y "Paranoid".
