Cherry Red Records editará el 24 de noviembre el disco de Glenn Hughes junto al guitarrista Robin George "Overcome".

La grabación tuvo lugar en 1989 tras un encuentro casual en el que George invitó a Hughes a grabar algunas voces en el disco que en ese momento estaba realizando junto al ex- cantante de DIAMOND HEAD Sean Harris.

Como aderezo el tema "Haunted" fue grabado por los compañeros de Hughes en TRAPEZE Dave Holland, Mel Galley Y Terry Rowley.

Glenn Hughes visitará Iberoamérica en otoño.

Glenn declaró en febrero de 2019 que de momento no tenía planes para un nuevo disco.

En principio, Hughes se encuentra actualmente preparando un documental.

Los últimos lanzamientos dedicados al cantante y bajista en este bloque.

El músico milita actualmente en BLACK COUNTRY COMMUNION ya que abandonó recientemente THE DEAD DAISIES.

Cherry Red sacarán el 24 de noviembre una caja de LILLIAN AXE compuesta por 7 CDs titulada “The Box, Volume One – Resurrection”.

Incluye los lanzamientos del grupo aparecidos entre 1992 y 2009 y el diso en solitario del guitarrista Steve Blaze “Random Acts Of Blindness”.

Comenta la banda: “De todos los temas que dan forma a "Echoes of the Future", "The Miracle" es sin duda uno de los más destacados tanto musical como vocalmente. El tema aborda sin tapujos el concepto de desaprovechar los dones que se nos conceden, la infinita belleza que despreciamos cada día que pasamos en este hermoso oasis en medio del espacio. 

Aunque este remanso de creación pura siempre ha sido efímero por naturaleza, la raza humana adopta el papel del fuego, y así como las llamas arrasan los bosques, los humanos hemos arrasado desde dentro toda la belleza que el planeta nos había regalado.

Nuestros hijos nos reprocharán nuestras decisiones mientras pagan las consecuencias, pero nunca abandonarán la esperanza de devolver al mundo su esplendor original. Esta lección de fe es el auténtico milagro.”
