Atlantic Records anuncian que van a editar material muy interesante en directo
de LED ZEPPELIN. Lanzarán simultaneamente el 27 de Mayo el dvd
doble «Led Zeppelin DVD», y el triple cd en audio «How The West
Was Won», ambos con material extremadamente interesante para todos sus
fans. Dentro de dicho material encontramos grabaciones en directo en London’s
Royal Albert Hall en Enero de 1970, en London’s Earl’s Court en Mayo de 1975,
Knebworth Festival en Agosto de 1979, temas grabados en el New York’s Madison
Square Gardenen Julio de 1973, no incluidas oficialmente en «The Song Remains
The Same» . También se incluirán en el DVD apariciones en
television como una muy interesante en la TV danesa en marzo de 1969, promotional
clips, TV interviews, behind-the scenes material,y «bootleg» footage
recopilados por los fans.

«Led Zeppelin DVD» estará editado en Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround,
DTS, y PCM Two-Channel Stereo , bajo la personal supervision del guiatrrista
Jimmy Page y el director Dick Carruthers. El triple «How The West Was Won»
contiene material inédito grabado a lo largo de la historia de la banda
en lugares como Los Angeles Forum y Long Beach Arena entre los días 25
y 27 de Junio de 1972. Además se incluyen cosas tan interesantes como
una versión de más de 25 minutos de «Dazed And Confused»
y una improvisación de 23 de «Whole Lotta Love», etc. En el
2003 se va a celebrar su 35 aniversario a lo grande sin duda.
